Michael Bowles is Vice President at Lee & Associates and a commercial real estate professional with more than a decade of experience spanning brokerage, market analysis, business development, technology integration, and strategic marketing.

Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the industry's leading organizations, including CBRE and Colliers International, developing a broad background in brokerage, market intelligence, and client advisory services. During his time in New York City, Michael worked in the Manhattan office of Colliers International, gaining valuable experience in one of the nation's most competitive commercial real estate markets.

In addition to his brokerage experience, Michael served as Executive Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for Commercial Analytics, a commercial real estate technology company, where he helped drive growth by leading business development, marketing strategy, client engagement, and product innovation. His unique combination of brokerage, technology, and business development experience enables him to deliver data-driven insights and innovative solutions that help clients identify opportunities and make informed real estate decisions.
