Nisha has been in the real estate industry for more than 14 years with experience across both commercial and residential brokerage. She specializes in Southend multifamily investments, leasing, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Nisha was with the Luxur Group / John L. Scott, where she closed 400+ transactions totaling $200M +, built analysis and pro-formas to evaluate deal feasibility, and orchestrated transaction negotiations. Her industry experience includes uncovering off-market opportunities, negotiating complex deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Nisha lives in University Place and recently completed her MSRE at the University of Washington with a focus on multifamily analysis, financial modeling, development, and land use. Between 2021 – 2023, Nisha was a Real Estate Business Coach. Prior to real estate, she was a team lead with the US Army Corps of Engineers, supervising teams supporting land use and infrastructure. She enjoys time with her son and riding motorcycles.
