Themio Pallis is a commercial real estate broker specializing in office and industrial properties throughout King and Pierce County. His experience includes investment sales, owner-user transactions, property valuation, underwriting, market research, and business development, allowing him to advise clients on a wide range of real estate decisions. Themio takes a relationship-driven approach to brokerage, combining detailed market knowledge with an understanding of each client’s individual goals to help identify the best path forward.

Prior to brokerage, Themio worked at Bridge Industrial, where he gained experience on the development and property management side of commercial real estate. Before that, he worked in wealth management in Los Angeles, developing skills in financial analysis, client service, and creating strategies tailored to individual objectives. As a third-generation commercial real estate broker in Western Washington, Themio has been exposed to the industry from an early age and brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills to his work with clients.
