Biography
Specializing in Office, Investment, & Retail
Tom brings a distinct and distinguished perspective to commercial real estate, shaped by 21 years as a business owner and refined through a successful brokerage career focused on Pierce County. A long-time Tacoma resident, he has played a key role in the region’s growth, helping introduce some of the most recognized tenants and buyers to the South Sound.
Tom was instrumental in securing State Farm’s lease—the largest Class A office deal in downtown Tacoma to date—and led the development of Quadrant’s 1,000-acre Northwest Landing in DuPont from entitlement through land sales, leasing, and final disposition.
Before joining Lee & Associates in 2019, Tom spent 9 years at Neil Walter Company and 10 years at Colliers International, where he was consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top Northwest performers. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated a commercial furniture business, earning a reputation for excellence in space planning, design, and supply.
