Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased 10,744 square feet of medial office space, with a gross consideration of $2,053,488 located at 333 S. Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena, CA for landlord, HRC Properties, LLC. Their client received collaborative representation by John Berger, Dan BacaniTrevor Gleason and Mauricio Olaiz. The tenant, Leif Rogers, MD, will run his medical practice from this location.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered a 7,773 square foot office lease at the Monrovia Innovation Center located at 800 Royal Oaks Drive in Monrovia, CA.  Dan Bacani represented the tenant, Brewer Direct, Inc., a full service marketing firm specializing in the non profit sector.

“Our move into new office space provides our Agency with the necessary resources and tools to accommodate recent growth and to expand our services to our clients,” remarked Phil Stolberg, Chief Operating Officer.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered a $1,050,000 sale of 14,339 square feet of development land located at 9111-9115 Valley Blvd. in Rosemead, CA. John Berger and Mauricio Olaiz represented the seller, Khaw Family Trust.

“The deal had complex environmental issues and received multiple offers. We sold at a fair price with both buyer and seller happy with the outcome,” explained Mauricio.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased 2,555 square feet of office space at 7462 N. Figueroa Street in Los Angeles, CA, with John Berger and Elliott Gallahan representing the landlord, Paka Properties, LLC. They leased office space to Santa Yekaterina Hospice, Inc.
