Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of an industrial building consisting of 9,211 SF (0.14 acres) at 413 N. Moss Street in Burbank. Mauricio Olaiz and Trevor Gleason represented the Buyer in this transaction for $3,500,000.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agents Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor leased a 3,293 SF office space at 5900 S. Eastern Avenue in Commerce for a three-year term. They represented the Landlord, 3351 Drew St, LLC, in this transaction that closed on July 19, 2022 to the Tenant, Dynapro Logistics, a freight forwarding service company.
Dan Bacani of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the Landlord, Richard Meaglia, in the lease transaction of an office building at 690 W. Foothill Boulevard in Monrovia. Consisting of 1,000 SF, this suite was leased to Industrial Supply Corp, a company that specializes in hard-to-find industrial products.
