Lee & Associates – Pasadena successfully completed the sale of 57 Palmetto Drive in Pasadena for $2,700,000. Mauricio Olaiz and John Berger represented both the Buyer, WTW Properties LLC, and the Seller, Palmetto Pasadena LLC. This 6,145 SF industrial property closed on March 24, 2023.
Colleen Carey of Lee & Associates – Pasadena sold an office property at 369 S. Rosemead Boulevard in Pasadena for $860,000. She represented the Buyer in this 2,187 SF property transaction on March 21, 2023.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of 3.53 acres of land in Adelanto for $37,500. Greg Kho represented the Seller in this successful transaction that closed on March 1, 2023.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agents Elliott Gallahan and John Berger leased a 3,375 SF office space at 2625 W. Olive Avenue in Burbank. They represented both the Tenant, Nacelle Company LLC, and the Landlord, Drysdale Koire Trust, in this transaction.
