|Greg Kho successfully closed a lease transaction of an office space with 2,429 SF at 923 E. 3rd St. #107 in Los Angeles, with an asking rate of $2.55 per square foot. Greg represented the tenant, Otherwoks, Inc.|
|Elliot Gallahan represented the landlord at 182 S. Rosemead Blvd., in Pasadena for a retail space with 515 SF and an asking rate of $3.50 per square foot.|
|Founding Principal Jamie Harrison and Senior Associate Christopher Manassero, represented the sellers in both closings of a Carl’s Jr., on 820 W. Kettleman Ln, Lodi, for $1,825,414; and a Del Taco on 18990 Van Buren Blvd., in Riverside, for $3,384,908. Both transactions closed above asking price.|
