Lee & Associates South Florida Brokers $2.65M Retail Property Sale in Miami Gardens as 1031 Exchange Leg
Greg Milopoulos and Christian Baena Represent Repeat Buyer in Strategic Retail Investment, Tire Kingdom in Miami Gardens
MIAMI, FL (February 2, 2026) – Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena successfully brokered the $2,650,000 investment sale of an retail property located at 19850 NW 27th Avenue in Miami Gardens, representing the buyer.
The deal marks the 1031 exchange leg following the team's prior successful disposition of 1290 SW 30th Avenue in Pompano Beach for the same client in mid-2025.
The 7,842-square-foot building was sold by Tire Gardens LLC. The freestanding property features strong visibility and access along NW 27th Avenue, a prime corridor for commercial users.
“This acquisition allowed our client to seamlessly fulfill a portion of their 1031 exchange requirement following our prior sale in Pompano Beach,” said Greg Milopoulos. “We were able to identify a well-located retail investment asset that aligned with the client’s long-term investment goals..”
As part of the transaction strategy, Milopoulos and Baena had previously orchestrated the simultaneous sale and lease of 1290 SW 30th Avenue. The success of that transaction set the stage for this latest acquisition, reaffirming the team's ability to deliver full-cycle investment solutions for their clients.
