MIAMI, FL (January 23, 2025) – Lee & Associates South Florida is proud to announce that Lee & Associates South Florida's Stephen DeMeo, Principal, in collaboration with Guillermo Granier, Associate at Lee & Associates Charleston, have successfully represented Paris Baguette in securing its first South Florida location at CREST at Pinecrest, marking a key milestone in the brand’s aggressive regional growth strategy.

The internationally recognized bakery café concept, known for its artisan pastries, breads, and signature beverages, will anchor the newly redeveloped CREST retail component located at 9600 S. Dixie Highway in Pinecrest, Florida. This lease marks the first of six planned locations across South Florida as part of Paris Baguette’s strategic market expansion.

Situated within a 13,000-square-foot, health-and-wellness-focused retail redevelopment, the CREST property offers prominent highway frontage, dedicated on-site parking, and consistent foot traffic from area residents and visitors. Leasing efforts for the development were led by Comras Company's Irma Figueroa, Max Gelband and Ethan Ruga.
