The site, in the Glen Lake area of Minnetonka, is three miles east of Minnetonka High School, in an area with strong demographics surrounded by neighborhood retailers such as Lund’s & Byerly’s, Gold Nugget, Tide Dry Cleaners, Unmapped Brewery, and Del Sur.

The property, dubbed Excelsior Boulevard Medical Office Center, will have space for up to three medical tenants with 58 parking spaces. The project will need a conditional use permit from the City of Minnetonka before development starts.
