March 4, 2026 (Bellevue, WA) – Lee & Associates | Pacific Northwest is proud to announce the promotion of John Brussa to Principal. Since joining the firm in 2019, John has been instrumental in the continued expansion of the company’s industrial and office platform across King and Pierce Counties. With this promotion, he becomes the youngest Principal Lee & Associates | Pacific Northwest history.

Specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial and flex properties, John actively represents more than 1.5 million square feet of space on behalf of investors, owners, and occupiers throughout the Puget Sound region. His ability to advise both users and ownership groups has positioned him as a trusted resource in navigating complex transactions with clarity and efficiency.

Over the course of his career, John has completed more than 500 transactions totaling approximately $300 million in consideration. His broad experience representing multiple sides of a deal provides clients with practical insight into market dynamics, negotiation strategy, and execution. He is known for his disciplined work ethic, direct communication style, and steadfast commitment to protecting his clients’ interests.

A graduate of Santa Clara University, John entered commercial real estate with a strong interest in the growth and transformation of the Seattle and Bellevue markets.
