Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of developable land consisting of 16,673 SF (0.38 acres) at 1140 Westminster Avenue in Alhambra. Mauricio Olaiz and Trevor Gleason represented the Seller, Apt Number 9, LLC, in this transaction for $2,200,000.
Dan Bacani and Jodi Shoemake of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the Seller, Riverside Masonic Bldg Association, and the Buyer, Sandals Church, in the transaction of a hospitality building at 6785 Palm Avenue in Riverside for $1,700,000. Consisting of 10,900 SF, this property was sold to Sandals Church, a multi-site church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Dan Bacani sold a 3,181 SF office building at 7471 Foothill Boulevard in Tujunga for $1,150,000. He represented both the Seller (The MacGregor Family Trust) and Buyer (7144 Blvd LLC) in this transaction. This deal closed on April 15, 2022.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased an office space at 600 S. Lake Avenue in Pasadena. Mauricio Olaiz and John Berger represented the Tenant, Pasadena Weight Loss Center, in the lease of this 1,892 square foot space on April 26, 2022.
