LEE & ASSOCIATES – PASADENA: MONTHLEE TRANSACTIONS: June 2022

Lee & Associates – Pasadena successfully negotiated the sale of a 7,438 SF office building and a 1,130 SF retail building at 975 E. Green Street and 49 S. Catalina Avenue in Pasadena for $5,500,000. Trevor Gleason and John Berger represented the Seller, 975 E Green Street, LLC, in this sale. The buildings were purchased by one of the Tenants, a law firm which was represented by an outside broker.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of a retail building at 51 N. Mentor Avenue in Pasadena for $3,695,000. Mauricio Olaiz and Elliott Gallahan represented the Buyer, RV Happy LLC, in the sale of this 5,218 SF property. This successful transaction closed on June 20, 2022.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Chris Johnson negotiated the purchase of 1126 N. Grand Avenue in Covina for $3,067,000. Johnson represented both the Buyer, Donley Holdings, Inc., and the Seller, Grand Avenue Development, in the transaction of this 6,288 SF office building.

Mauricio Olaiz and Colleen Carey of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the Buyer, Campania Holdings CA, LLC, and the Seller, Mount Wilson Properties LLC, in the sale of a retail building at 60 N. Lake Avenue in Pasadena. Consisting of 3,600 SF, Pasadena’s Mattress City building sold for the full asking price of $2,750,000.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena agents Trevor Gleason and Mauricio Olaiz represented the Buyer in the sale of a 5,000 SF industrial building at 950 W. 10th Street in Azusa for $2,000,000. The Buyer secured SBA financing to fund the purchase and plans to use the building to operate his sheet metal business.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena sold a multifamily building at 947 W. 68th Street in Los Angeles. Robert Leveen represented the Buyer, Hyginus Mmeje, and the Seller, Dorothy Mae Cone Revocable Trust, in the sale of this 6-unit building. After opening up the property to the bidders and providing the Due Diligence in advance, Leveen procured the Buyer who wrote a non-contingent, All Cash offer at the asking price and closed in fifteen days.
Jamie Harrison and Christopher Manassero of Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of a retail building at 16017 Whittier Boulevard in Whittier. The agents represented the Buyer, 16017 Whittier Blvd, LLC, and the Seller, Moonyean C. Kistler, in this 3,531 SF transaction which closed on June 9, 2022.
Mauricio Olaiz, Trevor Gleason and John Berger of Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased a 7,234 SF retail space at 140 S. Rosemead Boulevard in Pasadena. Representing the Landlord, this deal closed on June 30, 2022.
