Dan Bacani of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the Seller, MBB Property, LLC, in the sale of a 7,948 SF retail investment property at 102-108 S. Myrtle Avenue in Monrovia. This Class A building sold for $4,225,000 at a stabilized CAP rate of 4.35% to a local investor. The one-story retail strip center consists of 4 units, 3 of which were occupied at the time of close. The property features one of the highest parking ratios of any in Old Town Monrovia and is located across from Foothill Park Plaza, a Vons anchored neighborhood center.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agents Mauricio Olaiz and Trevor Gleason sold an industrial flex property at 8805 Norwalk Boulevard in Whittier for $838,000. Olaiz and Gleason represented the Seller, Joseph Tan Nguyen, in this transaction that closed on November 16, 2022.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of 6,888 SF of land at 11632 Ramona Boulevard in El Monte for $500,000. Mauricio Olaiz and Trevor Gleason represented the Seller and the Buyer in this successful transaction that closed on November 3, 2022.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Jodi Shoemake represented the Landlord, MCL Edwards, LLC, a California corporation, and Colleen Carey represented the Tenant, Hidden Variable Studios, LLC, in the lease transaction of a 3,581 SF office suite at 8 Mills Place in Pasadena. This successful deal closed on November 9.

Colleen Carey of Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased a 3,152 SF medical space at 130 W. Route 66 in Glendora. She represented the Tenant, Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley, in this transaction that closed on November 11, 2022.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agents Jodi Shoemake and Elliott Gallahan represented the Tenant, YESONE Corporation, dba Wateria, in the 60 month lease transaction of a 3,008 SF industrial property at 8140 E. Wardlow Road and 1,165 retail space at 8135 E. Wardlow in Long Beach.
Chris Johnson of Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased a 2,841 SF medical space at 130 W. Route 66 in Glendora. He represented the Tenant, Steven F Kaplan a Professional Podiatric Corporation Inc. a California Corporation, in this transaction that closed on November 10, 2022.
