Lee & Associates – Pasadena successfully completed an all-cash sale of 21308 Pathfinder Road in Diamond Bar, CA for $2,585,000. Jamie Harrison, Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor of Lee & Associates – Pasadena, Inc. represented the Seller, Terrel Rinehart, and the Buyer, Level I Promotion. The new owner has plans to renovate the interior, modernize the building, and continue to offer small to mid-size suites for both office and retail users in Diamond Bar.
Dan Bacani and John Berger of Lee & Associates – Pasadena sold an industrial multi-tenant property at 1120 S. Shamrock Avenue in Monrovia for $2,400,000. They represented the Seller, Frank De Spain, in this 16,993 SF transaction.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of a 5,000 SF office property at 5061 W. Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles for $1,325,000 ($250/PSF). Mauricio Olaiz and Trevor Gleason represented the Buyer in this successful transaction that closed on February 21, 2023.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agents Trevor Gleason and Dan Bacani leased a 5,636 SF industrial space at 2030 Central Avenue in Duarte. They represented Landlord, Trustees of the Wong Living Trust, in this transaction that closed on February 16, 2023.
Elliott Gallahan of Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased a 3,998 SF medical space at 23838 Valencia Boulevard in Valencia. He represented the Landlord, Allee Investments LP, in this 64-month lease transaction.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agents Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor represented the Landlord, Santa Teresita, Inc., in the 72-month lease transaction of a 3,811 SF medical space at 931 Buena Vista Street in Duarte.
Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor of Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased a 3,350 SF office space at 5240 Irwindale Avenue in Irwindale. They represented the Landlord, Thrifty Oil Co., a California corporation, in this 60-month lease transaction.
