The big Raleigh-Durham developments set to deliver in 2021

The Triangle is gearing up for a flood of big developments set to delivery in 2021, even as the real estate market continues to deal with the impacts of Covid-19 and the uncertainty around the future of the office sector as working of home becomes mainstream.
Several mixed-use and office projects are set to open across the region this year, including a collection of high-profile office towers in downtown Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill as well as long awaited retail and adapted reuse developments.
Across 10 of the largest projects, millions of square feet of new retail and office space will be added to the Triangle market.
