Triangle Association of REALTORS names Scott Hadley REALTOR of the Year
RALEIGH, NC – April 5, 2022 – The Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS (TCAR) recognized Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham vice president Scott Hadley as REALTOR of the Year at its annual Elite Broker Awards held at Briar Creek Country Club on March 30, 2022.
The REALTOR of the Year is the highest honor given by the association and recognizes individuals that exhibit exceptional business conduct, service within the industry, and consistent professional performance.
Mr. Hadley has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience assisting clients throughout the Triangle region and Eastern North Carolina. Mr. Hadley is highly involved in community organizations, including the TCAR Board of Directors, Capital Area Workforce Development Board, and the Sanford Area Growth Alliance.
TCAR recognized several other Lee & Associates Raleigh-Durham brokers for their 2021 sales and leasing accomplishments.
Brian Farmer received the Lease Transaction of the Year award for representing the landlord W&G Associates in the build-to-suit Zoetis lease for a new 79,000 square-foot life science facility in Durham.
Russell Stewart, JD received the Sales Transaction of the Year award for representing the buyers Doran Companies in the acquisition of 275.82 acres for residential development on Rock Quarry Road and Wall Store Road in Raleigh.
