Lannin Braddock, is a dynamic leader in commercial real estate, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in development, leasing, sales, and project management. As co-founder of the Braddock Group, her portfolio includes over $500 million in development projects, such as a 500,000 square foot cold storage facility and the $45 million development project in the Wilmington Business Park. 

Braddock’s asset management experience spans more than 1 million square feet across industrial, medical, office, and retail sectors. Her client roster includes major industry players such as GLE and FedUp Foods, demonstrating her ability to drive performance in complex, high-stakes environments. Beyond her professional success, Braddock is deeply committed to community leadership and has played an active role on numerous boards, foundations, and commercial real estate organizations throughout Southeastern North Carolina.  

A graduate of Radford University with a degree in Public Relations Communications and a minor in Political Science, Braddock is known for her strategic thinking and collaborative leadership. Her numerous accolades, including 2024 RCASENC Rockstar, 2024 Women-Owned Business of the Year, and 2025 WILMA Women to Watch Finalist, cement her reputation as one of the most influential business leaders in the Carolinas. Braddock’s unmatched market knowledge and visionary approach solidify her as a force in shaping the future of commercial real estate in the Cape Fear region and beyond. 

Alex Thorpe, a highly respected leader with 25 years in commercial real estate, has contributed to shaping Wilmington’s commercial identity. As a key player at a leading Wilmington-based real estate development firm, his accomplishments include two decades of leasing at The Forum, a landmark specialty retail destination that has become a model for thoughtful urban development. 

Thorpe has led leasing efforts across grocery-anchored centers, unanchored retail strips, and office developments. His holistic understanding of the real estate cycle, from land acquisition and planning to leasing, sales, and tenant relations, positions him as a trusted advisor to both investors and community stakeholders. 

Before entering real estate, Thorpe spent five years in his family’s international tobacco export business. He earned a BA in Political Science and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. His career is distinguished by strategic foresight, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to community-centered growth. 

Luke Mello brings a next-generation, client-centered perspective to Lee & Associates Wilmington, blending his professional background in healthcare and hospitality with a strong commitment to service and community. Since relocating to Wilmington, he has become a respected advocate for intentional growth and sustainable development in the Cape Fear Region. Luke’s entry into commercial real estate was inspired by active involvement in investor meetups and networking events, where he developed a keen interest in how land and development shape thriving communities. 

Specializing in land advisory and new development, Luke works closely with investors, builders, and developers to identify high-potential opportunities and navigate every phase of the project lifecycle. With a family legacy in general contracting and homebuilding, he offers clients expert guidance on construction, permitting, and site planning. His attention to detail, market knowledge, and strategic vision support long-term client success. An engaged member of Port City Young Professionals, Cape Fear Realtors Association, and Cape Fear CREW, Luke continues to deepen his local ties while growing as a dynamic force in the region’s commercial real estate landscape.
