Award-winning duo, Greg Milopoulos and Christian Baena, collaborates with local colleagues to complete $6 million Industrial transaction in Fort MyersFORT MYERS, FL (August 15, 2025) – Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena represented both sides in the $6 million off-market sale of an industrial property in Fort Myers. Milopoulos and Baena worked with Lee & Associates counterparts in the Fort Myers market to ensure a favorable outcome for both parties in the transaction.

The duo, along with Adam Bornhorst and Derrick Bornhorst of Lee & Associates Fort Myers/Naples, represented seller Westside 2, LLC and buyer B&D Acquisitions LLC. B&D acquired a 35,387-square-foot single-tenant warehouse on 4 acres at 8951 Alico Trade Center Road.

Milopoulos and Baena were initially retained by Westside 2, LLC, an existing client they assisted with another transaction earlier in 2025. The client asked the brokers to leverage their connections with Lee & Associates Fort Myers to procure a buyer for the off-market asset. The Lee Fort Myers/Naples brokers, who recently joined the firm from CBRE, helped identify and secure the buyer.

The brokers have more than 20 years of development, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation experience in South Florida. They joined Lee & Associates South Florida in 2023, with Milopoulos heading up the firm’s Broward County industrial activities out of its Deerfield Beach office, and Baena working out of its Miami office.

The duo closed on over 150,000 square feet of sales and leases in 2024 and 219,180 square feet so far in 2025. They collectively work together representing clients in dispositions and generating investment sales opportunities throughout the tri-county area.
