Sam Ashe serves as Vice President of Lee & Associates South Florida alongside Greg Milopoulos and Christian Baena, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and strategic positioning of industrial real estate assets throughout Florida and select markets across the United States. Drawing from experience in both brokerage and private equity, Sam advises industrial owners, investors, landlords, and occupiers on opportunities that align with their operational and investment objectives.

Over the course of his career, Sam has participated in more than $40 million in industrial sale, lease, and acquisition transactions. His experience spans industrial investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, industrial outdoor storage (IOS) acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, and business development. He has worked with property owners, institutional investors, and private equity firms to source opportunities, structure transactions, and execute investment strategies.

What differentiates Sam is his diverse background across multiple sectors of the industrial real estate industry. He began his career with the National Office and Industrial Property Group at Marcus & Millichap in the Washington, D.C. market, specializing in industrial and flex investment sales throughout Northern Virginia. He later joined Open Industrial, a boutique private equity investment firm, where he sourced and completed more than $24.6 million in industrial outdoor storage acquisitions while helping expand the firm's presence into Florida. Today, he continues to represent industrial owners and occupiers throughout the state, completing more than $16 million in industrial sale and lease transactions while advising clients in the equipment, distribution, manufacturing, and construction sectors.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University and holds an active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. His analytical approach, transaction experience, and relationship-driven mindset allow him to provide clients with strategic guidance and tailored real estate solutions that support both immediate business objectives and long-term investment success..
