Scott Hutchinson is a distinguished commercial real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience leading development, investment, brokerage, and operations across the Pacific Northwest. He currently serves as President of Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest, the region's premier office of North America's largest privately owned commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he oversees day-to-day management and the strategic growth of the firm's commercial brokerage operations across Washington State.

Throughout his career, Scott has successfully acquired, developed, and managed projects valued at more than $400 million spanning the industrial, office, and multifamily sectors, encompassing over 5.8 million square feet. He is recognized for his strategic leadership, capital structuring expertise, and ability to cultivate highperforming teams and collaborative partnerships that generate consistent investor returns.

Scott is the founding partner of Northshore Realty Partners, a boutique brokerage specializing in commercial and residential real estate throughout Central Washington. He is also President and co-founder of Glacier Development Partners (GDP) and Schuchart Hutchinson, private real estate development and investment firms focused on institutional-quality multifamily and office projects.

Prior to founding his own firms, Scott held senior roles at CBRE, Inc., where he directed capital improvement and tenant renovation projects across 45 million SF of office assets as Project Management Director. Earlier in his career, he served as Development Manager at Panattoni Development Company, delivering 3.8 million SF of industrial and office projects valued at approximately $300 million across the Puget Sound.

Scott also served as Vice President of Wapato Point Management Company and WPS, Inc., overseeing operations for a 116-acre waterfront resort and multiple HOA-managed properties valued in excess of $250 million, with a team of 125 employees across maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and accounting divisions.
