Specializing in Industrial Leasing & Sales

Andrew specializes in industrial and logistics acquisitions, sales, leasing, and tenant representation in the Pacific Northwest. He joined Lee & Associates in 2018, bringing with him valuable experience in contract negotiation and lease terms from his time in the legal industry at Perkins Coie.

Andrew is a member of the Northwest Logistics Advisors Team at Lee & Associates. His regional expertise includes King and Pierce Counties, with a focus on the Kent Valley. His market knowledge coupled with his research and evaluation skill set has prepared him to successfully complete sales and leasing transactions.

Andrew was born and raised in Issaquah and is a graduate of the University of Montana. He currently resides in Bellevue and in his spare time enjoys golfing, tennis, and fishing with his friends and family.
