Andrew joined Lee & Associates in the spring of 2018 after spending the previous three years working in the legal industry as an analyst. He was introduced to commercial real estate while assisting some of Seattle’s premier real estate attorneys and their clients. This piqued his interest and desire to enter brokerage. Through his work as a legal analyst, Andrew has gained experience with contract negotiation and working through lease terms.

Andrew specializes in industrial acquisitions, sales, leasing and tenant representation. His regional expertise includes King and Pierce counties, with a focus on the Kent Valley. His market knowledge coupled with his research and evaluation skillset has prepared him to successfully complete sales and leasing transactions.
