Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the investment sale of a Class A, 55,345 square-foot, single-tenant industrial building located at 2065 W. Obispo Avenue in Gilbert, AZ. John Berger and Mauricio Olaiz of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the buyer, Gilbert AZ Holdings LLC. Fully leased at the time of sale to Benson Systems.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of an iconic 14,214 square foot special purpose commercial property located at 204 W. Foothill Blvd. in Monrovia, CA. Dan Bacani and Jodi Shoemake represented the seller, Monrovia Masonic Building Corporation. The buyer is a long-time Monrovia business, Foothill Gym.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased 2,584 square feet of prime retail space at 85-87 W. Colorado Blvd in Pasadena, CA to Avocado Mattress, LLC. Colleen Carey represented the landlord, Solberg Family Trust.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor leased two office spaces for their respective landlord clients at 556 N. Diamond Bar Blvd, Diamond Bar, CA and 2149-2155 E Garvey Ave N, West Covina, CA.
