Lee & Associates closes Dynasty Shopping Center, a $29,500,000 court-ordered sale located at 800-812 N. Broadway and 821 N Spring Street in Chinatown, Los Angeles, CA. Smith and Armen Kazaryan of Lee & Associates – Commerce together represented the seller, Kevin Singer, Partition Referee of Receivership Specialists. The confidential buyer represented themselves.

Dynasty Shopping Center offers a rare opportunity in Chinatown to purchase and reposition 79,500 square feet of unentitled TOC Tier 3 Redevelopment Project commercial property zoned for Retail/Office Mixed Use on 1.75 acres of land.

Colleen Carey of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the buyer, CTS Properties Group, LLC, in the purchase of this 7,004 SF classic office building located 2698 Mataro Street in East Pasadena which sold for $3,475,000 on July 21, 2021. The building was purchased by the principals of The Harrington Group, a public accounting and consulting firm providing services solely to nonprofit organizations and will become the headquarters of the firm once remodeling is completed, expected to be November 2021.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered a $3,350,000 sale of this 4,000 square foot medical office building located at 975 S Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena, CA. John Berger, Elliott Gallahan and Mauricio Olaiz represented the seller, Jose R. Valle.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of 1063 Justin Avenue in Glendale, CA. Robert Leveen and Colleen Carey represented the seller of this 12-unit, value-add multi-family investment property, which closed on June 30th, for $3,265,000.
Dan Bacani of Lee & Associates – Pasadena, was hired as a consultant by Xencor (NASDAQ: XNCR) to locate expansion space for them in the Arcadia-Monrovia trade area and negotiate on their behalf. “Through my extensive black book of contacts compiled over 20 years of West San Gabriel Valley brokerage, I completed an off-market deal involving 7,020 square feet of office space at a confidential location,” explained Mr. Bacani.
Colleen Carey of Lee & Associates – Pasadena, in collaboration with Bill Ukropina and Kathi Constanzo of Coldwell Banker Commercial, represented the landlord, Urth Pasadena Development, in the leasing of 2,612 square feet of office space located 594 E. Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased 1,500 square feet of office space to Helix Environmental Planning, Inc. at 135 W Green Street, Pasadena, CA. Jodi Shoemake and Dan Bacani represented the landlord, Sixty-Two Partners.
