Lee & Associates – Pasadena successfully negotiated the sale of a 40,040 square foot mixed-use office building at 12215 Telegraph Road in Santa Fe Springs for $9,450,000. John Berger, Christopher Larimore and Vincent Molitor represented the Seller, Santa Fe Investors, LLC, in the successful sale of Heritage Springs.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the sale of a retail building at 1644 E. Walnut Street in Pasadena for $600,000. Dan Bacani represented the Seller, Walnut Circle LLC, in the sale of this 624 SF property. This successful transaction closed on February 18, 2022.
Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Mauricio Olaiz negotiated the purchase of 35119 Farm to Market 1093 in Simonton, Texas. Olaiz represented the Buyer who was in a 1031 exchange looking for a long-term, hands-off investment which he was thrilled to find in this absolute Triple Net Destination Pet, Simonton Veterinary Clinic in an extremely affluent city in Simonton, TX.

Colleen Carey of Lee & Associates – Pasadena represented the Tenant, Home Care Assistance of California, LLC, in the leasing of an office space at 2 Venture in Irvine. Consisting of 2,737 SF, Suite 515 was leased on February 22, 2022.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena agent Trevor Gleason leased an office building at 147 E. Foothill Boulevard in Monrovia. Representing the Tenant, ZW Group, Inc., this 1,604 SF space was leased on February 15, 2022.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena leased Suite 203 at 7462 N. Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. John Berger and Elliott Gallahan represented the Landlord, Paka Properties LLC, in the leasing of a 3,565 SF office space to United Therapy Center, Inc., a child health care center.

Lee & Associates – Pasadena brokered the lease of the last remaining suite of a dental building at 925 West Foothill Boulevard in Monrovia. Dan Bacani represented the Landlord, Nila Property, LLC, in this 2,500 SF transaction which closed on February 2, 2022.  The property now includes an orthodontist, general dentist, and pediatric dentist.
