Luisa Pena serves as a Principal at Lee & Associates South Florida, specializing in Multifamily investment properties for over 15 years. A native of South Florida and a second-generation real estate professional, Luisa's extensive market knowledge and robust network provide a distinctive advantage in the fiercely competitive real estate landscape.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Luisa served as an Associate with Marcus & Millichap, exclusively handling the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. She was also an active member of Marcus & Millichap's National Housing Group during this time. Over the years, Luisa has opportunely formed connections with contractors, lenders, and private investors which have been key to her success. Likewise, her market awareness and extensive network allow her to thoroughly understand and negotiate any transaction through its' successful completion; despite the numerous obstacles that often present themselves.
Luisa Pena’s active engagement with international investors has generated a continuous influx of foreign investments, fostering buyer competition and achieving optimal outcomes for her list-side clients.
