We began representing Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2020 following a deal where we were initially on the landlord side. At the time, the tenant was unrepresented. Recognizing an opportunity to add value, we stayed persistent in building the relationship - ultimately earning the account through consistent follow-up and market expertise.

Given the national scope and operational complexity of the brand, the early stages of the engagement presented unique challenges. Since then, we’ve completed several local rental sites and, more significantly, facilitated two major sales dealership transactions - including one built from the ground up. This partnership continues to grow, driven by a shared commitment to execution, strategy, and long-term market positioning.
