Each office is represented by its own President, who makes recommendations to our Board of Directors and Advisory Board. The Boards then works hand-in-hand with the CEO and corporate team to initiate, execute, and maintain policies that best serve the company and our clients.

Jeffrey Rinkov, SIOR
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board

Jeffrey Rinkov, CEO of Lee & Associates, began his brokerage career in 1997 in our Lee & Associates Commerce office as an industrial agent. He transitioned from Associate to Shareholder in 2001; a designation earned based upon transaction volume and revenue. Rinkov served as the President of that office for eleven years, the last five of which he also served on the Lee & Associates Board of Directors and Strategic Planning Committee. In 2015, he accepted the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Lee & Associates, and during his tenure, company expansion and revenue growth have occurred at a record pace.

Rinkov graduated from Pepperdine University and is an active member in many industry organizations, including CCIM, CREW, ICSC, NAIOP, and SIOR. In his spare time, he can be found spending time with his wife and three children or training for an endurance race.

Peter Braus
President of Lee & Associates NYC

Peter Braus, Managing Principal of Lee & Associates NYC, has been involved in the ownership and brokerage of real estate for over 20 years, specializing in the strategic repositioning of significant retail assets on behalf of owners and developers. He graduated from Emory University and completed his MBA at Columbia University. Braus serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Real Estate Services Alliance (RESA). He has been involved in a wide variety of brokerage transactions and currently represents numerous tenants, including M&T Bank, Sprinkles Cupcakes of Beverly Hills, and Marc Restaurant Group of London.

Richard Clarke
President of Lee & Associates Naples/Ft. Myers

Richard Clarke, President of Lee & Associates Naples/Ft. Myers started his career with Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, Texas, after graduating from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a Masters in Engineering and an MBA. He spent nearly 11 years with Trammell Crow, serving roles including Project Manager, Director of Construction, and lastly, Partner. During his tenure with Crow, Clarke was responsible for developing thirteen projects from site acquisition, design development, construction, through lease-up. Clarke then served as the President of the Welk Real Estate Group and Welk Resort Group for five years. In 1996, he moved to Ft. Myers, Florida, and became the COO for a significant design-build architecture and interior design firm. In 2006, he accepted the position of VP of Development, South Florida, for Opus Development, a large privately held commercial developer. In 2009, Clarke and his partners started Grubb & Ellis – SW Florida, which ultimately became Lee & Associates - Naples/Ft. Myers in 2012.

Don Kazanjian
President of Lee & Associates Ontario

Don Kazanjian, President of Lee & Associates’ highest revenue office, Ontario, is an industry expert with 35 years of experience specializing in industrial sales and leasing in the Inland Empire. After starting his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 1985, Don joined Lee & Associates in 1998 as Partner & Senior Vice President. Over the 22 years at Lee & Associates, Don has worked with the region’s top Landlords, Developers, and Tenants and has consistently been ranked among the top producers in the Ontario marketplace. Don has served as President of the Ontario office for over 12 years, has served on the Lee & Associates National Board of Directors for the past five years, and was a part of the team that developed Lee & Associates’ strategic plan.

John Sharpe, SIOR, CCIM, LEED-AP
President of Lee & Associates Illinois

John Sharpe, a founding principal of Lee & Associates Illinois, is an investment/industrial property specialist with extensive experience creating and implementing strategic real estate programs for clients. As a market expert for the past 32 years, he assists investors, owners, tenants, developers, and institutions with their sales, leasing, and build-to-suit industrial investment/vacant land projects. John is based in Chicago, although much of his corporate work involves regional and national assignments. He strives to establish long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and dedicating the highest level of servant leadership to every project he undertakes.

Allan Riorda, SIOR
President of Lee & Associates Maryland

Allan Riorda, President of Lee & Associates Maryland, is an industrial, flex, and land specialist with 30+ years of experience, located in the Chesapeake Region. A graduate of LSU, Riorda started his career at Latter & Blum in 1987, focusing on industrial sales and leasing in New Orleans, Louisiana. In 1990, he moved to NAI KLNB, where he led the industrial and office divisions in the Columbia, Maryland office. In 2013, Riorda founded the Lee & Associates Maryland office. He is consistently awarded the CoStar "Power Broker" award and has completed more than 2,000 transactions in his current market since 1990.

Mike Spears, SIOR, CCIM
President of Lee & Associates Houston

Mike Spears, President of Lee & Associates Houston, is an industrial specialist with 20 years of experience, in which he has completed more than $1B in transactions. He served as the President of TNRG for seven years before merging his brokerage team to Lee & Associates in 2015. In addition to active participation in industry organizations, Spears also serves on several philanthropic, nonprofit boards, including CompassionateLEE, Love 146, We Are One Fitness, and is active in his children's school and extra-curricular activities.

Ken Wesson, SIOR, CCIM
President of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth

Ken Wesson is a Founding Principal and serves as the President of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth. He specializes in institutional project leasing and tenant representation. Wesson's industry knowledge has provided him with a solid foundation for representing both local and national tenants and landlords across the metroplex, and is responsible for roughly 20 million square feet of industrial product in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Wesson has been recognized for his brokerage activities in the Dallas Business Journal for the last 15+ years as an "Industrial Heavy Hitter", in the CoStar "Power Broker" awards, and most recently in D Magazine "Power Broker" list.
