Eight deals out of the Houston office of Lee & Associates were featured on Globest.com’s Middle Market Digest report.      

The sale of the 118,377 SF Talavi Town Center, which is located at 5845 W. Bell Road, was negotiated by Principals Jan Fincham and Patrick Dempsey of Lee & Associates Arizona, who represented the seller.        

The 14,228 SF deal, which came in No. 3 of February’s top retail deals in NYC, involved Jaime Schultz of Lee NYC, who represented the landlord.      

While there appears to be a trend among NW’s industrial & institutional investors in less populated submarkets in the major northwestern markets of Seattle and Tacoma,  Vanessa Herzog of Lee & Associates Seattle has seen it before and believes the trend has another two years left. The annual Cactus League in metro Phoenix not only provides some nice major league preseason baseball for the local fans, but is a prime business driver that gives local businesses the opportunity to entertain the clients and land some deals.    

Reed Parker, a principal in Lee & Associates’ DFW office, negotiated the 68,645 feet of industrial space at 4300 Diplomacy Road in Fort Worth, just south of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport. Parker represented Green Planet 21.
