Marshal Vogt & Peter Sowa of the Lee & Associates Orange office represented the tenant, Delta Hospice of California, Inc., in this transaction.

The office space is located in Chino Gateway Corporate Plaza and is part of a 22,000 two-story office building with ample parking. The lease was a 5 year lease for an 8,729 square foot office space. Chino Gateway is a fantastic location with access to the 71 Freeway, which connects to both the 60 & 91 Freeways and is minutes from numerous amenities.

The landlord was Chino Central Park, LLC, and was represented by Brett Lockwood of Cushman & Wakefield.
