Jeff Gahagan of the Lee & Associates – Orange office recently represented the tenant, Java Frost, Inc., in negotiating a 3 year lease for 4,566 square feet of space. The landlord, Marvista Management, LLC, was represented by Sean Ahern of the Lee & Associates - Newport Beach office. The space which includes approximately 800 square feet of office area, is located at 1305 S. Lyon Street in Santa Ana.

Java Frost has a whole line of products, including drink mixes, baking mixes, coffee beans and special blends. Their new holiday line of Candy Cane Crème, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Eggnog Crème and Red Hot Cinnamon is sure to please.
