On behalf of the owner/landlord Bayport Park La Habra, Robert Leiter successfully negotiated a 5-year lease with total consideration of over $289,000, bringing the 120,796 square foot project to 100% occupancy. The new tenant, Plum Precision, Inc., is a full service entertainment production company that provides state-of-the-art audio/video, lighting, and technical production services.
The property provides Plum Precision, Inc. with an office/warehouse space, which features 24’ high warehouse clearance, and ground level and dock high loading doors.
