 Lee & Associates Maryland Completes 13,601 SF Industrial Lease

COLUMBIA, Maryland—January 26, 2017—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a lease for a 13,601-square-foot industrial space located at 8264 Preston Court, in Jessup, Maryland.

Marley Welsh, Senior Associate of Lee & Associates Chesapeake, represented the Tenant EMDM, Inc.  EMDM, a mechanical design firm, is relocating to Preston Court from Montgomery County and expanding their square footage.
