Lee & Associates Maryland Completes 9,168 SF Lease

 

COLUMBIA, Maryland—February 21, 2017—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a lease for a freestanding 9,168 square-foot Industrial building.  The property is located on 2.17 acres of land at 798 Marriottsville Rd, in Marriottsville, Maryland. 

Kate Jordan, Principal and Steve Larsen, Associate, represented the landlord AJR Properties in this transaction. Lee & Associates recently assisted AJR Properties in the purchase of this property at an auction.
