Lee & Associates Chesapeake Completes Lease for Howard County’s First Distillery

COLUMBIA, MarylandJune 29, 2016—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a lease for a 5,000 square-foot industrial space at 9570 Berger Road, in Columbia, Maryland.

Kate Jordan, Senior Vice President, and Marley Welsh, Senior Associate, of Lee & Associates Chesapeake, represented the building’s owner, Bernstein Management.  Bernstein Management has been a regional leader in real estate management, investment and development since 1953.  The property was leased to Lost Ark Distilling Company.  Lost Ark Distilling Company, founded by Brad Blackwell and Andrew Debenham, is a small, artisan distillery and will be Howard County’s first distillery.  Their suite sits immediately adjacent to Random Stimulus Brewery making the building a destination for followers of locally made beers and spirits.  Space is still available for lease, for more information check out the properties website.
