LEE & ASSOCIATES PROMOTES TWO TO PRINCIPAL
CHICAGO—July 13, 2009—Christopher Nelson (35) and Brian Vanosky (35) have been promoted to principal in the Chicago office of Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm.
“Our Chicago office continues to grow and expand in spite of current economic conditions,” said Jeff Galante, principal in the firm’s Chicago office. “Both Chris and Brian are skilled real estate professionals that partner with their clients to carefully navigate market conditions successfully. We are delighted to recognize their contributions and welcome them as owners in our firm.”
Nelson joined Lee & Associates in 2004 and his primary focus is tenant and landlord representation in the O’Hare submarket. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Nelson received his degree in business communications in 1997. He is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
Vanosky joined the firm in 2003. His experience is in tenant and owner representation including acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits and investment sale transactions. Prior to joining Lee, he worked for several years in the management consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was involved with a diverse array of operational and business process assessment, strategic redesign and implementation projects.
A 1996 graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he received a bachelor’s degree, followed by his master’s degree in arts in human resource development in 1997. He is also a member of AIRE, the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers.
