LEE & ASSOCIATES NEGOTIATES NORTHLAKE REDEVELOPMENT TRANSACTION
CHICAGO, IL—May 2010—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, has closed a sale transaction for a 284,165 SF facility located at 505 Railroad Avenue in Northlake. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The property will be redeveloped as CH2, a state-of-the-art Data Center with flexibility to accommodate single or multiple independent users. Delivery options include a Powered Suite, Turnkey Infrastructure Suite as well as Container Colo Suite, each with operational services to match the user’s exact requirements. It will be developed and operated by Ascent, LLC which is a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for the planning, design, engineering, development and operation of data centers and other mission critical facilities.
This acquisition represents the second initiative in Northlake for Ascent.
