Fall Line Sports has purchased a 34,216 SF industrial building located at 1225 Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove.  Terry O’Hara, Senior Vice President, and Paul Tesdal, Senior Associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC and Tom Boyle and Dave Mitidiero with Newmark Knight Frank Epic represented building ownership, 1225 Busch Parkway LLC, and Bill Novelli of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer in the transaction.
