Scott Anderson, Vice President, Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC, represented building ownership, CenterPoint Property Trust in the sale of a 102,107 SF manufacturing facility on 5.8 acres in Chicago, IL. The property is located on the south east side of Chicago, within the Ford Supplier Park. The Ford Motor Company was the buyer.
