Edsal Sandusky TN Corporation purchased a 138,996 SF industrial building located at 4124 S. Racine Avenue in Chicago.  Jim Planey, SIOR and Jeff Janda SIOR, both Principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented the seller, LaGrou Racine LP, and Colin Green of Cushman & Wakefield and Joe Bronson of NAI Hiffman represented the buyer in the transaction.
