Lee & Associates Represents United Delivery Service Ltd.

Mike Plumb, Senior Vice President, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented United Delivery Service Ltd. in their purchase of a 65,000 SF building located at 1111 Ridge Road in Lombard.  Brian Kling and David Kahnweiler of Colliers International represented the seller, ATi Capital in the transaction.  The buyer will use the property as a corporate headquarters for its courier and distribution business.  Extensive building improvements and renovations are underway.
