Master Spring & Wire Form Company purchased a 19,488 SF industrial building located at 1340 Ardmore Avenue in Itasca.  Jeff Janda, Principal, and Mike Plumb, Senior Vice President, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented the seller, Prologis, and Ed Brandt of Newmark Knight Frank Epic represented the buyer in the transaction.
