Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth’s George Tanghongs Attains SIOR Designation
DALLAS, TX— October 6, 2015 —The Dallas/Fort Worth office of Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the nation, has announced George Tanghongs, one of the office principals, has attained the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.
SIOR is a global professional commercial and industrial real estate organization, committed to business and industry by providing educational programs, publications, and professional services. Real estate professionals, who have earned the SIOR designation, adhere to the highest levels of accountability and ethical standards. Only the industry’s top professionals qualify for the SIOR. Tanghongs, who has been with Lee & Associates DFW since 2009, specializes in real estate solutions for both local and nationally based industrial users. His services include, site selection and analysis, lease negotiation and restructure, industrial and land acquisition and disposition, investment sales and other related services. Tanghongs has hands on experience in the marketing of 15 million square feet of industrial product in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Tanghongs has been named Allen Texas’s Biggest Deal Maker and Plano’s Texas’s Best Industrial / Flex Deal multiple times.
