Irving, Texas — September 27, 2012 — Lee & Associates has completed a 84,600 square foot industrial purchase at 1775 Hurd, Irving, Texas.  Nathan Denton represented the Buyer, VER.  Steve Trese and Adam Hammock with CB Richard Ellis represented DCT Industrial in the sale.
