Dallas,
Texas — August 5, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 13,440 square foot industrial
lease at 10990 Petal Street, Suite 400, Dallas, Texas.  Brett Lewis, George Tanghongs and Ken
Wesson represented the Landlord, Cobalt Capital Partners.  The Tenant, Grabber Construction
Products, was represented by Scott Asbury of 3L Realty Group,
