Texas — November 1, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 32,230 square foot industrial
lease at 2401-2407 Centennial Drive, Arlington, Texas.  Becky Thompson represented the Tenant,
Impex Forwarding Agency, Inc.  Kacy
Jones and Wilson Brown, with CB Richard Ellis, represented the Landlord,
First Industrial Realty Trust.
