Atlanta, GA — March 2, 2015 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed an investment sales transaction for a 61,276 square-foot industrial building located at 1700 Wilson Way in Smyrna, GA.

Billy Snowden of Lee & Associates represented the purchaser, Panattoni Development Company. The building is leased to Southern Roof Center, a subsidiary of Beacon Roofing Supply. With immediate access to Interstate 285, the well located building becomes the second asset owned by Panattoni in the highly desirable Highlands Business Park.
