LEE & ASSOCIATES LEASES 36,633 SQUARE FEET IN SUWANEE, GA

ATLANTA - July 19, 2011 - Thomas Bryant and Richard Bryant from the Atlanta office of Lee & Associates, the nation's largest broker-owned commercial real estate services firm, have completed a lease worth in excess of $1.1 million for an industrial property in Suwanee, Georgia.  They were able to achieve this within four months of taking the assignment. 

 

Thomas Bryant and Richard Bryant represented landlord GS&T Enterprises in the lease of 36,633 square feet to Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, a dietary supplement manufacturing and distribution company. The FDA-approved, 70,574-square-foot facility located at 500 Satellite Blvd. was the former home to Stiefel Labs. This transaction brings the property to an occupancy rate of 100%.  Lee & Associates Atlanta has 30 brokers specializing in industrial, office, investment and land brokerage.
