Upstate Commercial Real Estate is Gaining Speed!

 

Greenville, SC- (August 20, 2012)-  Several commercial real estate firms are showing increased activity recently and there is no doubt a demand for quality commercial space across all disciplines- office, retail, or industrial.  Lee & Associates- Greenville reported “banner months” in the firm’s history for May, June, July, and are still on pace for another banner month for August.  A few of their recent transactions include:

 

1,274 square foot retail lease at 8595 Pelham Road, Suite 100, 200 & 300.  The tenant Pizza Brothers, LLC expanded from suite 300 to include the additional two suites to accommodate demand.  Randall Bentley, CCIM, SIOR represented the lessor in this lease.

 

3,453 square foot retail lease at 1116 S. Main, Suite D.  Zanti Power Yoga, LLC is the new tenant.  They are a brand new business coming to Greenville’s downtown.  Kevin Bentley, SIOR represented Zanti, the lessee, in this new lease. 

 

3,900 square foot office sale at 101 & 103 Venture Court in Greenwood.  This was an investment sale of a bank-owned property.  Deanna Hemberger represented the buyer, NSSP, LLC in this office sale.

 

400 square foot office lease at 300 E. Coffee Street, Suite 4600.  James McKissick represented the lessee, ICR, Inc. in this new office lease.  Integrated Corporate Relations (ICR) is one of the top corporate financial communication firms in North America.  They selected an office in Greenville as part of their expansion plan and to have a larger presence in the Southeast United States.  For more information please visit www. icrinc.com.

1,500 square foot office lease at 150 Milestone Way, Suite C.  James McKissick and Kitty Allen, CCIM represented both the lessor and the lessee, Market Tech Media in this new office lease.  Market Tech Media is a computer and digital strategy company that needed more space and a better presence in our area.

 

1,250 square foot office lease at 415- D N. Pleasantburg Drive.  The new tenant, Addus HealthCare, is a nationally recognized provider of high quality health care services in 129 offices in 19 states.  They provide comprehensive health care services including skilled nursing, personal care aides, and rehabilitation.  Kitty Allen, CCIM represented Addus HealthCare in this new office lease.

 

4-acre land sale of American Way Tract 1 & 2 in Anderson.  This was also an investment purchase of a bank-owned property.  Deanna Hemberger and Randy Sisam represented the buyer, NSSP, LLC in this land sale.
